The Walmgate excavation archive includes full records of nearly 4000 Finds and over 3000 Contexts. There are
over 600 photographs and drawings and over 3000 single context plans. In post-excavation, the
Contexts were assigned to 546 Sets, 209 Groups and 13 Phases. Over 400 Objects were defined to
clarify and explain the interpretation of the archive. From this page you can explore all parts
of the archive and call up the full record of any of these Finds, Contexts, Sets, Groups, Phases
